Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and systems for design implications across Business, IT, and Operations.
- Support process re-engineering, providing detailed guidance on process design (risk, end-to-end, cost).
- Assess change request impacts (design, scope, time, budget) and provide accurate estimates.
- Develop control structures and KPIs to monitor project milestones and performance.
- Understand regulatory, customer, and competitive landscapes across markets/regions.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong Business Analyst skills.
- Strong analytical background with attention to detail.
- Experience in cross-functional requirement capture.
- Experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives, and re-engineering.
- Experience in planning and deploying business and IT initiatives.
