Lead Business Analyst - Wholesale Credit & Lending

Experience: 12-14 Years  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead      analysis of business processes and systems for design implications across      Business, IT, and Operations.
• Lead      process design and re-engineering (risk, end-to-end, cost).
• Oversee      impact assessments for change requests (design, scope, time, budget).
• Manage      solution implementation.
• Develop      control structures and KPIs for project monitoring.
• Manage      external service providers.
• Understand      regulatory, customer, and competitive landscapes.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Excellent      Business Analyst skills.
• Strong      analytical background with attention to detail.
• Experience      in cross-functional requirement capture.
• Experience      in business and process analysis, change initiatives, and re-engineering.
• Experience      in planning and deploying business and IT initiatives.
