Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with various department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables aligned to their respective project roles and skillsets.
Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Decision makers.
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
Transformation and Framework:
Possessing an excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.
Having a thorough understanding of the purpose, value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of banking and an understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers, and other stakeholders.
Project Management Expertise:
Understanding Project Management principles and methodologies, Agile framework and deliverables.
Having exposure to PMO Services and understanding of PMO Function.
Knowledge of working on PM tools like Clarity or MS Project.
Team and Leadership Skills:
Being a strong people manager and having broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams/geographies.
Possessing in-depth experience of working in a banking/financial services environment and change projects.
Demonstrating good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, Influencing, and running project governance, implementation, change management, and benefits realization.
Understanding the PMO activities and its governance role. Hands-on experience as a PMO is desirable.
Having proven experience of setting up Project Management Processes and implementing Best Practices
Experience working with multiple delivery and business partner teams.
Client-Facing Skills:
Experience in Client Facing roles.
