Experience: 7+ yrs for Senior Consultant, 13+ yrs for Project Manager
Location: Pune Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Channels Domain exposure (especially in the area of Contact center / Conversational Banking / Workforce management/ Identification & Verification Automation)
Digital Journey (mobile/Internet banking) delivery exposure
Expertise in delivering automation using AI/ML for contact center
Expertise in Agile ways of working and using collaboration tools like Confluence/ Jira
Well versed in planning, delivery, risk and stakeholder management.
Ability to run / manage working groups and SteerCo’s plus provide status reporting through Confluence dashboards, decks for PWG/SteerrCo, etc. RFP, SoW/ contract management, procurement process with 3rd party vendors.
Not Operations contact center profiles. Need folks with transformation experience
